    Industrial Loft Studio: Warm, Minimal And Botanical

    1. Original

    This is the original Studio that I’ve designed. Small, but cozy industrial-style Studio. It feels like home.

    2. Warm Cozy

    Softened the cool industrial palette into warmer earth tones. Bedding becomes soft taupe/beige linen, the leather sofa shifts to a richer caramel, the rug gets a warmer distressed beige-brown pattern, and the lighting is gently warmed for a cozier evening feel.

    3. Soft Minimal

    A cleaner, lighter interpretation. Bedding lightened to soft heather gray with white accents, the heavy leather sofa becomes a lighter gray fabric, the rug is simplified to a pale geometric gray, and the wood tones are gently lightened for a more airy, modern-minimal feel while keeping the industrial bones.

    4. Botanical

    A greener, more organic version. Bedding shifts to soft sage, the sofa becomes a deep forest-green velvet, the rug takes on muted green-gray tones, and a few extra plants are quietly added around the bed and desk area for a denser, calmer botanical atmosphere.

    This is one of my favorite designs. A small studio can be renovated to make it feel gorgeous. A platform bed with built-in drawers can save space. It makes the room look bigger. The built-in closet can be beautified with white pots and more plants. It feels peaceful, doesn’t it? Finish it with a nice minimalistic sofa.

    Strong and urban-like, just how I like it. Black, but not too black, just how I like my coffee. I styled this beautiful New York Loft Studio to give inspiration for those living in a small space – it’s okay, we can turn anything into beauty.

    The dark brown wood is very important to create that classic New York city feel. Details are necessary – I decided to go with a complex divider on the right side of the bad, which goes great with the NY concept. It’s a divider but you can also look through it, which makes it feel that the room is bigger.

    To safe space, I choose a simple wooden couch instead of a large comfy one. The center features a dark salon table, companied by dark-colored floor mat.

    The build-in closet is integrated with warm strip light (LED Accent Lighting).

    The original style

    I change the wood seat into a leather sofa. It instantly upgraded the studio into a more comfy one.

    I added more brown color to this room, mixing black, grey and brown gives a more fierce appeal, but still keeping the classic New York touch. A small change in pillow and blanket color can alter the entire room’s feel…

    The leather sofa is changed into fabric sofa, but keep the grey and black color. Fabric sofa is more comfortable IMO, but less luxurious.

    I made the room more minimalistic. I remove the pillows on the sofa, the book below the tv, the plants behind the bed. But I also changed the divider too. It feels minimal, but less impressive.

    Minimalistic and smple studio yet comfortable with light natural wood

    I took inspiration from simplicity. Light wood flooring is easy to find and not expensive (it has different price classes). Matching it with neutral cream walls means the entire apartment can match with almost anything. But I kept it minimalistic. The paintings match with the overall style. A low-pile, flat-woven accent rug made from plant-based jute will give your feet a natural appeal — my design is not only about the look, it is also about the feel. I want you to feel nature when you step inside your house, and breathe in the air and smell that plants produce. Every detail matters…
